Before anyone can facilitate a Guidance Group we require they have participated in one first. Each Guide has gone through our training program and been certified in the Formation Method.

Guidance Groups bring value-aligned members together bi-weekly with a framework crafted to bring clarity to challenges faced, celebrate victories, problem solve and encourage one another as they build their businesses and lives. This isn’t a group that’s going to give you the formula for “success” it’s going to help you figure out what success means for YOU and your business.

the formation method

As Founding Partner’s in the “Formation Method” framework, this is the method we use in every single Guidance Group Session. We start off with celebrating the good stuff that’s happening and end with keeping each other accountable to the action items we commit to.

This specific framework allows every person in the group to have equal time to share challenges, and keeps a structure so everyone knows what to expect.

The Formation Method, along with our community and certified guides are all what makes Guidance Groups so powerful.

You’re a creative on the verge of something you know has the potential to be great. Your hands may be shaking, you may have no idea what your next step is… but there’s a stirring in you calling you to START.

You’re in the beginning stages (0-3 years) of running your own business or starting a new project and your heart is looking for a community of women who understand what you’re experiencing as you birth something new into existence.

You have some tangible questions you need answered, but you also need a space to feel seen and heard as an entrepreneur. A group of women who understand the bravery and risks it takes to do what you’re doing.

You’re a multi-passionate woman with many creative passions. Your heart falls for a project where you can express the fullness of who you are.

Although you’re fueled by it, having multiple loves can sometimes leave you feeling directionless, scattered, and searching for the best next step. Although you know who you are, you don’t fit into a box and that often leaves you feeling isolated.

You crave a space where you can move out of your head and into community with women who can support you in turning your creative ideas and dreams into reality.

HOW MUCH DOES THIS COST?

ARE THESE VIRTUAL?
Yes! We meet on Zoom.

WHEN DO THEY START?
Groups normally begin the second week of each new quarter. If for some reason your group begins meeting earlier or later in the quarter, your guide will let you know.

HOW LONG DO THEY LAST?
There are 6 bi-weekly sessions each quarter. Each session lasts 2.5 hours, and we ask for at minimum a 3 month commitment, but we encourage our members to join for a year, as that’s where the real gold begins to emerge!

HOW MANY WOMEN ARE IN A GROUP?
Each group has 4-6 women. We keep them small and intimate to build relationships and dive in deep throughout the season.

WHAT HAPPENS IF THE GROUP I WANT TO JOIN IS SOLD OUT?
These groups are limited to a maximum of 6 per group, so space is very limited. We’d encourage you to join your second choice or hop on the waitlist. We do have cancellations at times, so it doesn’t hurt to email us at here to double check!

HOW DO YOU CHOOSE YOUR GUIDES?
Each guide leading a group has gone through a Guidance Group as a member first, so they know first hand what it feels like to be a part of groups. They have also gone through a certification process with us and are required to stay up to date on their training.

I SIGNED UP FOR GUIDANCE GROUP MEMBERSHIP BUT I REALIZED I NO LONGER CAN COMMIT, CAN I GET A REFUND?
Unfortunately we can not offer you a full refund after the 5th of the month that groups start. We decide to run these groups and close the groups based on the amount of people who sign up, so please make sure you’re ready to commit before you enroll. We require each member to miss no more than 2 sessions per quarter.
