Have you ever wondered if you should write a book? Or maybe you've thought about it and quickly brushed off the idea, thinking it's not for you.

Or maybe you're currently working on a book or a book proposal and you're struggling.

There's so much that comes up for us as we set out to create things that are near and dear to our heart. So how do we navigate what to say, how to say it and how to make it past the dreaded book proposal / outlining process that is oh so difficult?

My guest on this episode of Creating Meaningful Work's name is Joy Reed. She's the Founder of a literary and speaking agency called Punchline Agency, for people who are good on the page and the stage where she consults with aspiring writers, speakers and those seeking to clarify a message or idea.

  • Listen to this episode to hear:

    • Joy's story about how she started her literary and speaking agency

    • How to know if the idea you have is a book or a blog post

    • Why the book proposal is more difficult than the book itself
